What I Do
Hi, I'm Tina and I love making art. If it sounds like a confessional it kind of is. I spent years in corporate American and then I worked as a teacher, finally teaching art as the founder of Start 2 Art. All the time inching myself forward and practicing to be a painter. I have won many awards and been featured in Clover & Bee art publication, at solo and group exhibits, at the Newburyport Art Association, as a member of The Art Queens and Biafarin Worldwide group exhibitions. My pieces are in collections in the States and Sweden.

Start 2 Art has taught children art since 2015. Now I use those skills to teach adults and host art parties and provide private instruction at The Start 2 Art Studio at 14 Cedar St #319B in Amesbury! Naples is a beloved place for this customer. Her mother had passed away and she wanted a memory of her and their "happy place" in her home. "Peaceful Palms", an acrylic painting now hangs in her house in Pittsburgh. She loves seeing it every day.

How it works:
1. We speak over the phone or in person to discuss your needs, and how I can add joy to your home or your loved ones.
2. Once we've launched the project I will outline the parameters of the timing and costs based on your budget, and I will help you chose a reference photo.
